- Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
- Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
- For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Went there today for the first time, we’ve been searching for a Mongolian grill/hibachi place ever since ghengis closed and we’re excited to try this place. It was clean, the food was good and the costumer service was excellent. They have an all you can eat option. Prices are super reasonable! We will definitely be going back soon.

The food is always great! Having so many different combinations is great for anyone’s taste buds! Being very picky, I found myself creating dishes that taste great! Then after seeing the chef cook your ingredients all together, is such a great and fun experience! Highly recommend for group, family, or even on your own! Don’t miss the opportunity to have great flavors and great service!

Blazin’ Mongolian BBQ in Phoenix is an absolute gem and easily one of the most satisfying, value-packed dining experiences around the old Metrocenter area. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re about to eat well. The build-your-own bowl setup is where this place truly stands out. You get a huge bowl to load up with meats, noodles, and fresh veggies — and they genuinely mean huge. This is also an all-you-can-eat experience with free refills of Mongolian BBQ bowls, so you can go back and build as many as you want. If you choose to stick with just one bowl, they’ll even let you take your leftovers home, which is a rare and appreciated bonus. The sauce station is on another level. They offer close to 40 different sauce options, which means the number of flavor combinations you can create is almost endless. Instead of tiny, stingy scoops, they give you a separate cereal-sized bowl to build your perfect blend. Sweet, spicy, garlicky, smoky, savory — you’re in total control of how bold you want to go. Then they mix your custom sauce right into your food on the grill, coating everything evenly so every bite is packed with flavor. And just when you think you’re done, they keep taking

Fresh meats and vegetables that you can choose along with several types of sauces to explore and create a terrific taste to your liking. My first time here and ordered just lunch. Comes with a choice of small, medium, or large bowl and a soft drink. Self serve ice cream is included. Place is pretty chilled and relaxed. Come on in and enjoy your tasteful creation.
